@Cyberton Weather in Aizawl is quite different from Goa isn't it or AIFF website says it is same ? Also can you find during the last couple of seasons if BFC ever played a home match at any time other than 7-00pm ?
Tr u s t t h e Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) to goof it up. A cloud of uncertainty hangs over Bengaluru FC's Federation Cup fixture against Aizawl FC, scheduled for May 3 at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium. The junior Federation Cup athletics is also slated to begin — on the same day at the same venue.
BFC officials were oblivious of the clash until Thursday. The athletics event is scheduled to run from May 3 to May 5 and, given the officials' inability to stay on schedule, daily events are likely to end around 6.30 pm. That's just 30 minutes before BFC-Aizawl kickoff. The concern is the kind of mess that is likely at the end of the athletics event. Garbage could be the least of BFC's problems since the turf itself could take a pounding should the preliminary rounds of discus and javelin throw events be held on Day One as is the norm.
A BFC official said they haven't thought of an alternate venue as yet. "We were travelling (for the opening match of the Fed Cup) and we got to know of the issue only today (Thursday)," said the BFC official.
"We'll meet the joint director of DYES and sort it out. Probably by tomorrow, the issue can be sorted out. We also need to understand what athletics events are scheduled for the opening day and then take a call accordingly." There is, however, no question of the athletics event being moved to another day or stadium in the city as the Kanteerava is the only multipurpose athletics stadium.
A move to another city will put logistics out of place. One alternate venue for BFC is the Bangalore Football Stadium but it's unlikely that they club will play there. Meanwhile, DYES commissioner N Shivaprasad, washed his hands of the matter, saying it is up to the parties involved to resolve the matter.
"I have told both parties about the events being scheduled on the same day," he said. "Since we have the facility of an online booking, BFC booked it on the web while the athletics officials sent us a letter. Right now, they are talking amongst themselves and sorting it out."

As no floodlights the game would have to be at 3pm...due to the possibility of extra time and penalties. ( depending on the 1st left outcome)
Someone should sodomize PP for this.
