Such a childish comment not expected from u! Bagan(or for that matter any club) can pay Odafa/Karim/any Tom-Dick-Harry any amount, thats not the point. The club was penalised b'cos of breach of discipline by its supporter; going by that same logic, FC Goa actually has to be penalised even more - b'cos it was not crowd trouble, its the players/owners who brought the game to disrepute.
Please someone clear my doubt. All ISL clubs are registered clubs under state FA. Isn't it ? State FA - aiff - AFC - FIFA continuum thus recognize them as a registered club. Also they can participate in buying, loaning or selling players. Also players playing in ISL can represent their own country. So the ISL tournament as a whole and clubs in individual are recognized at the end. Isn't it ? I would like to be clarified if I am wrong.
Only action AIFF can take is banning two unfortunate players Romeo and Mandar. FC Goa as well as ISL are not bounded by any writ of AIFF or AFC or FIFA.

ISL clubs fail in legal, administrative and financial criteria.
I will be happy if anybody can prove me wrong and show that ISL clubs pass Licensing criteria.
