Sorry, but I still am waiting to see something from this RF Youth Program. The videos and whatever things come out so far do not seem promising.

These children may benefit with a longer and serious training environment abroad rather then this invoice creating touristic looking trip. They should have sent them to IMG Academy in Florida instead.

But the non performance of that IMG Florida batch is not entirely IMG fault. It is also possible that those players did not develop because followup years in India and Academies in India were not structured well. AIFF Academies in India kept on opening, shifting and closing.
I was emphasising on IMG Florida also because IMG-R has links with them. At this stage, these kids will benefit from exposure to superior training, facilities infra nutrition and they will definitely learn from there. Right now, they are not even at Subroto Cup level. They need to massively improve and a long Florida trip will be educational and confidence booster for them.
Instead a tourist trip of UK where they are hardly at one place more then 1-2 days will not improve them much as a player. All it will create is fat invoice for some business CSR accountants. Instead of thinking on how to maximise benefits and training on a given budget, the mentality here is to how to SHOW maximum spending and they do not care about achieving anything.
Football is being run like Film Promotion.

Number of clubs is less also. PSU teams have been disbanded. NE clubs do not take players from other regions. Only a small pool is available then at Calcutta, Goa, Bangalore.  10 years ago, these same players of IMG Florida batch would have progressed to  get a club at NFL.

From what I remembered, the IMG batch did not even train with the actual IMG Academy, they just stuck together as a squad, the results were average and they came back pretty much after the U16 AFC Championships... how old were these kids when they returned? 15? 16? 17? They pretty much stagnated or regressed big time once they returned due to various factors.
