In an unified league, Goa surely can afford two teams (North & South?). I fancy SCG because they are not a company team, and have 'Goa' in their name (thereby a possibility of pan-Goa fan following). Only their top management is not that forward thinking.

Salgaocar FC I like because of their youth development (probably India's best). Dempo have changed priorities these days.

Rowlin is a very average player, said it earlier and saying it again. Except Victorino is a product of Salgaocar AFAIK.
