The Real Kashmir vs Minerva match has not yet taken place, and there is uncertainty about whether it can take place at all. As far as I know, RKFC have not been officially awarded 3 points for that match. In such circumstances, it cannot be said that the I-League has officially concluded. In such a scenario, can CCFC be declared champions (of course, the result of that match will not affect the fortunes of Chennai City as they will still be the team with the highest points) and the I-league trophy be handed over to them?

It's already decided that a walkover is given to RKFC. Match won't take place and anyway no one cares. I-league clubs have much much greater things to worry about, like saving themselves from being relegated
AIFF showcauses Pedro Manzi of CCFC and Nitinlal of MKFC. Duo could get life banned if not able to prove innocence and CCFC stripped off the title and banned.
