Also if they get I-League 2nd Division players then they can not have the two teams that get promoted as they have to get ready for next season and keep the squad they need.
Also whats this shit I am hearing about Baichung, Vijayan coming back.
Kolkata Camelians,
Barasat Uro Musketeers (There's a confusion whether its Euro or Uro; the franchise is owned by Uro Infra Realty India Limited),
Durgapur Vox Champions,
Howrah Manchester,
Bengal Tuskers (Siliguri)
What's making me dance in glee is that it will widen the talent pool as more and more well to do folks will be willing to take it up professionally like it was the case before and during the eighties. Once higher than average IQ comes in, the personal skill level is bound to increase and we all will be entertained with some breath taking display of skills like it was the case in the eighties. How can I forget Krishanu Dey, Bidesh Bose, Ulganathan, Balaram, Shabbir Ali...........and the list continues.

i thought this league structure is bad but after looking at these names of clubs, it is just getting worst with every thing and for the first time i saw a club representing two cities
Granted that the names are weird and outright hilarious but what's in a name if at the end of the day, it burgeons the talent pool by millions and football following is much improved, if not as much as cricket but still a close second. Hope my dream comes true. I want the football era of the seventies-eighties to be back.

This is the only good thing about PLS. Good Telecasting rights but again once these icons leave will these telecasters stay. Also wont PLS colide into I-League if it is on TEN Action +
Also about the names. As long as they have the city name I am alright.
The organisers of Premier League Soccer (PLS) have earned Rs 797.5 million from the sale of six franchises, signalling that even football can attract more money in a format tailored like the Indian Premier League (IPL).
