Al Rayyan have a game on Apr 13 before they face fc goa on Apr 14 th . Hope part of their squad will be jaded. Yacine Brahimi could be seen in action. Their squad will dominate us. But I am thrilled.
25 March: Group D - Saudi Arabia vs Yemen at Riyadh Group F - Tajikistan vs Mongolia at Dushanbe 30 March: Group B: Nepal vs Australia at Kathmandu Group F: Mongolia vs Japan at Chiba (JPN)
All remaining matches postponed to June in a centralised venue for each group.
This will be a moment of proud for nepal people. The most awaited date ever in their sporting history.
which makes me think why always we get to play with Arab/West Asian teams. Every qualifiers since I have been following has a team from those regions. Why don't we have fancy and famous teams like Australia/Japan/Korea/Singapore/Malaysia against us.
The most reputable team we hosted recently was Iran. Azmoun & Taremi scored against us. Azmoun is a reputed striker in Europe now and Taremi scored against Juventus this week.
Missing the chance to host the Asian champions Qatar is a big loss for us.
I would like to see India playing Nepal on 25th. It's better than not playing anything at all. For 30th, we can invite any team who is willing. It's not impossible, but have to make an effort, which we shouldn't expect from AIFF.
