Ali Mabkhout is always a top player. He is one of the main reason for their good performance in last Asian Cup. Their respectable position in current world cup qualifiers is due to his brilliance.

Also I'm not sure why he is stuck in UAE league, that too with Al Jazira. Though they had success in domestic competitions, they are pretty much poor in Champions league. May be he is getting paid well/ doesn't want to move out /likes Al Jazira and wants to be one club man.
