I think he meant that Bharat FC are still doing things at youth level, which is seems they are... senior wise they are well shut.

For tax deductions, they will keep on producing invoices for money spent on Football (on youth level). There is not much real credibility or accountability once they do not play in any Senior Level.

They did finish runners up in SPL so they do maintain a senior team....and i am assuming its still better than PiFa/Kenkre

There is something wrong in Shillong and besides Shillong Lajong, all other clubs have closed down or refused i-league. Langsning FC, Rangdajied FC and now Royal wahingdoh FC.
