Promotion is subject to certain clearances. Finances, licensing and name change. They cannot play as RoundGlass, this should be the easiest to fix. Also Punjab doesnt have a stadium good enough for ISL. Currently the club plays in Panchkula which is in Haryana where no one watches football. If they play from Delhi.. ffs

BFC are also registered as JSW bengaluru FC and were mentioned so by a few commentators in AFC Cup games

FSDL/ AIFF aren't saying anything about inclusion of RGPFC in ISL. I think they are going to deny this club's entry siting financial issues. I don't think they going to open up their closed party to anyone and everyone. If they allow, this will be the first independent club outside Nita's control, which they wouldn't like.
