Despite the loss we had many positives from the match. Compared with 2021 match between India and Qatar, our possession increased from 26% to 46%, total shots went up from 1 to 7, and total passes rose from 141 to 268. Overall, there is a clear improvement in our performance.
By the time we play Afghanistan , they will assemble their full strength team and we will find it difficult to get the full points from both matches ..
Beating Afghanistan with large margin wont be possible for us as they might get their full strength squad by the time we face them and our GD will remain below Kuwait. So for our realistic qualification chances we must beat Afghanistan twice and Kuwait at home and finish 2nd in group.

Our performance was ordinary and un-inspiring. I just dislike whenever we play elite teams kinda shows how far we are behind.
As for our performance it was bit ordinary but we were not outclassed. I still believe that if we play Qatar 3 more time we'll be able to defeat them at least once. Our bad performance can be attributed to some bad squad selection. We should have picked GSS over Amrinder. Amrinder's ball distribution always landed to a Qatari player which put us under a lot of pressure. Another player who should have not been selected is Udanta.

Points matters not possession 😂
Yes but there's always a transition. You don't become world champion after waking up one day. Our main goal is to reach round 3 of WCQ and there's still time for that.
