We need Indian players in CF position in ISL and not big money foreigners
This story keeps repeating year after year. We need the PIO players here ASAP. When these national players lose their spot they will no longer be in their comfort zone and move out to fight for their spots in national team. We will also have better strikers eventually. Even Players like Pandita who were playing out of the country have downgraded their levels massively by sticking around earning more in ISL. Just gym sessions won't do any good. Players need games to improve.
I think of all the teams participating in Asia cup only India and some other team had all players playing in their domestic competition. Enough is enough!
Issue is not striker though. We barely created enough chances in 3 games. Our players cant pass forward. They take lots of time to make a pass or see a pass. We were technically nowhere close to any sides. The issue is deeper than CF
Why do we need to implement rule for outfield player? Even a C.B is allowed to take headers & free kicks. It makes sense to have rule for Goalkeeper.

We might have improved but little. it is not enough, the improvement of other footballing nations is far superior.

yes, we are improving. others are too. we are forgetting about this part. also ISL looks a good standard to use because most of Indians started to watch football after 2014. We know the harsh reality. ISL is just a polished I league.
Indian players playing in Europeo only to be selected. Make everyone to go and play in Europe irrespective of league 1 or 4 or 5. Let indian players go and learn until indian environment is condisive

Its time to bring Salary cap in ISL. Enough of inflated salaries. Im totally fine if players are paid well provided they are worth the price.
Clubs should spend 25% of their budget on Youth and grassroots. AIFF and State FA's have to implement competitions that will provide these clubs a platform
