USFC was too strong a lobby. I would not be surprised if AIFF are involved in ensuring their qualification. However, if they manage to do good work and bring in a change, I don't complain
MDS officials are going to raise a formal protest against the controversial penalty.If AIFF overlooks the matter they are not going to participate in I league-2 from next year onwards.It might happen that this year I League will be 16 team affair.If HAL can't meet the AFC guidelines then MDS might get lucky.<br>

Yes that is also a possibility.But given the track record of AIFF it seems a remote possibility to attract any franchisees.<br>
