    Ashlesh
8 to 9 k fans enough mind you we are in India
and 50,000 people following is great figure
so practically goa can have 10 clubs in i league

fans doesnt always mean attending the match
even if those 16 lakh buy merchandise and follow club that will bring huge sponsors

the term fans always not should be counted as attendance

Atlast! you r correct in this one.

And who is going to watch that league ??

  • Lets just say that we would be seeing this if the I-League had 10 Goan teams:

If no clubs from south india don't make it to I-league then i want arrows to shift base to kerela.

Kerela people love football but they they don't have an I-league club to follow. So if Arrows make kerela their home then those people get some I-league action to restore some of the downward football craze.

And when a kerala club gets prmotion that club will have good readymade football craze and fans to tap into. That will allow them to grow fastar as a pro club(with profit) and encourage them to invest in youth devlopment and fan devlopment.

I understand South United but Kohima Komets is a bit skewed. Great organization but support is questionable still and they dont have a proper grass stadium yet. This should just be experience for now.

Eagles FC has been quiet all year. I thought they folded as it seemed they lacked money.

That is not a bad idea actually.
