no man
maybe next year when league expands
If the league becomes a 20 team affair then I would gladly accept 1 more team from goa and bengal

No thanks 5 teams from Goa and Kolkata are enough, now time for other cities.
20 team I-League must be distributed this way :-
1) Goa = 3 clubs
2) Kolkata = 2 clubs
3) Mumbai = 1 Club
4) Pune = 1 Club
5) Bangalore = 1 Club
6) Manipur = 1 Club
7) Delhi = 1 Club
8) Shillong = 1 Club
9) Sikkim = 1 Club
10) Punjab = 1 Club
11) Hyderabad = 1 Club
12) Chennai = 1 Club
13) Kerala = 1 club
14) Mizoram = 1 Club
15) Jharkhand = 1 Club
16) U.P = 1 Club
17) Gujarat = 1 Club
I wish I could remove one more Goan club but anyway

In Goa life starts with football & ends with football. As i mentioned earlier there are 2 more top quality new clubs in the making in Goa besides Vasco, Sporting & SESA

So with Lajong having qualified with 16 pts and 2 matches to go (Wahingdoh vs. SCG & USFC vs. Vasco), any 1 of 4 teams can take the 2nd spot. Here's what they need to do:
SCG: They have the best chance, if they win, they're through with 14 pts. If they draw and USFC vs. Vasco also draw their game, SCG are still through. If they lose, they will definitely not make it (Ar-Hima have a better goal difference)
Vasco: They need to win & they need SCG to either draw or lose. If SCG loses, a 2-2 draw also sees Vasco through but a 0-0 draw means they're out (and Ar-Hima is in). A 1-1 draw seem them exactly even with Ar-Hima and I'm not sure what happens then (coin toss?)
USFC: They need to win and they need SCG to either draw or lose. A draw will not be enough for them to get through under any circumstances.
Ar-Hima: They will be praying for a 0-0 draw between Vasco and USFC & for SCG to lose.
Another way to look at it, there are 7 permutations:
1) SCG wins: SCG are through.
2) SCG draws or loses & USFC win: USFC are through
3) SCG draws or loses and Vasco win: Vasco are through
4) SCG draws and USFC - Vasco draw: SCG are through
5) SCG lose and USFC - Vasco draw 2 -2 or higher: Vasco are through
6) SCG lose and USFC - Vasco draw 0 -0: Ar-hima are through
7) SCG lose and USFC - Vasco draw 1-1: Vasco & Ar-Hima exactly even in points, goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head. Not sure if away goal rule comes into play in some way, or if it's a coin-toss.

Pedro you have done some great mathematics but i will make it sound very simple, tomorrow SCG wins & they qualify & we will have a brand new football stadium in Goa very soon if they win as promised by Peter Vaz their President as he is known to keep his word.
