(God damnit. Not another one of those Indians asking me how there hyped up keeper is) "Um ya, S. Pal is doing just fine." (Oh god, how do I stop them from messaging me again) "Um, ya, I think he is good enough for the Danish league ya... and... ya... and [something in Danish]"
@7negi Subrata Paul should work hard and play trials for Spanish La Liga teams. I am not saying Danish Superliga is not the best but he should aim higher and become a legend in world football like Oliver Kahn.
Atleast he will be exposed to better training. Playing/Training/Bench/Reserves experience will keep his head cool and he will less indulge in Red Card incidents. His mistakes have cost us some games.
Yep. Which is why every Indian player who has spent time training abroad have come back to become the best Indians around.
I mean, when we have Varin Mehta and Ankit Sharma as examples of guys who went abroad, played in these "better" environments and have made nothing of themselves. Sharma went from I-League regular to nothing after his stint in Spain.
Okay but there are some good examples also. Baichung, Sunil Chhetri were not that bad after their stint abroad. Although they hardly played, they were exposed to "Better Environment" atleast.
