@Cybertron New York Red Bulls are fine. We have a former US national teamer as our #1 and a guy who was being talked to by both the US head coach and Ireland head coach as our #2. Our #3 is an 18-year old from the academy so we are set there.
The only league I know that he would be a regular in is the US 3rd Division USL Pro. We do not mind having foreigners as goalkeepers and he could be used as a good marketing tool, esspecially if he plays.
So Subrata Paul's contract with Danish Club is going to end today. Now as per news reports he will come to India and play in Indian Super League. After that will he renew his contract with FC Vestsjælland? Or he should try in some other good european league clubs also. It would be good for him to play in a better team with better training facilities rather than playing in I-league.
He needs game time. If he wants to play abroad desperately why not trying in Thai premier league, a league etc. Obviously he will earn little less but at least he will have some real competitive encounter better than I league , not just training - reserve league. Or at least play in I league. At this age he is not going to be developed very much as a player.
@munna219777 Now where did I mention ISL better than I-league in this Subrata Paul thread? Have you even read my earlier comments?
I am saying that he will be a free agent after leaving that Danish club. There are some reports of him playing for an ISL franchise. What will he do after this 2-month ISL league is over? And I also said he should try in some another european league club better than Danish Superliga for improving his goalkeeping techniques.
Subrata should be signing for someone now... whether that is in Europe, America or whereever he should do it now. He needs a full pre-season, not a season coming off keeping against a 40 year old Yorke.

Now they qualified for.bundesliga 2
Either way, Subrata will either take the 2nd stint or go back home. Whatever he does, I'll keep watching.
