It is at Rudrapur in Uttarakhand.

Former India Cricketer Madan Lal academy was associated with Amenity at Amenity Public School.

Hopefully we will see clubs from Tripura, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Bihar, Uttar pradesh, Haryana, Himachal pradesh, Chattisgarh in 2nd division next time

Those states are unrepresented so far in ISL, I-League, I league 2nd division

A club from Daman- Vapi area could have done well.

Kanpur Nagpur Patna  Bhopal Mangalore Pondicherry - lot of potential

Many urban Metropolitan areas are unrepresented in Indian football.

2nd division should explore unchartered territories.

Kolkata league is not being run properly nowadays. Bigger teams fir some reason are also refusing to play. This league provided so many players to Ibdian football and we are kind of letting it die. You do not build a mansion on top of a graveyard.
