Adding to that their top divisions are top notch where even Europeans are scouting....culturally they adjust easier and they have been exposed to playing on hot and humid conditions and unlikely to break down in the middle of the league....
The fact that Lukeman who is from Ghana's second div has probably rejected an offer from a top indian side says a lot about their domestic football.
Chances of Lukeman coming to East Bengal are growing more remote by the day. Talks with Dudu didn't work out as EB is not willing to pay the money that he is asking, and a section of the officials are not willing to take Dudu back into the team again. Sammy Omollo has informed the officials that he has seen a good striker in Kenya: it has now devolved on him to find the fourth foreigner and finalize the deal with him. East Bengal will not be able to sign him before 15th January, when the second transfer window opens. East Bengal will not be able to play the fourth foreigner for the first two matches at least. This is really bad planning from EB , they had mote than enough time to replace bello and get a young quality striker to complement do dong....
MB which is generally more chaotic than EB looks to have a better settled side with better foreign players.
Surprised here.
