One probable option that I can think of; Adelaja may come in for Dong or Angus. If he comes in place of Angus (highly unlikely though), that slot must be filled in by another Indian defender.
I think you didn't get me. Adelaja comes in place of Angus (foreigner for foreigner), but plays as a forward. The defender slot that Angus plays in would be filled in by an Indian defender, say Gurwinder who would again have to replace somebody playing in midfield. Of course it disturbs the balance of the team.
EB should start with Dong and Adileja, Gurwinder and Arnab can be the two CBs. Angus was pathetic on a dry and beautiful pitch in Kalyani, he will be a nightmare on a wet and muddy pitch.
