Kolkata: Seems like the time is not at all going well for East Bengal’s Trinidad & Tobago international Willis Deon Plaza, as the striker is now under some serious pressure from the AIFF and his club itself. The East Bengal coach Trevor Morgan has fined the Caribbean forward today but denied to disclose the amount in front of the media. The British coach said, “Yes I have fined him but won’t tell the amount. I told him whatever I needed to tell.”
On the flip side, The AIFF has pushed the report submitted by the match commissioner to the Disciplinary Committee for the further action. According to sources, he might get suspended as well for more games due to his misconduct in the Kolkata derby.
On the other hand, Mehtab Hossain has high fever and food poisoning and won’t be able to join the training tomorrow.
