@prasanta I think EB MB should give preference to talents emerging from Maidan, players like Ruidas, Prohlad, Kotal, Debjit, etc. Local academy or CFL talents come to Big clubs after spending one or two seasons with smaller CFL clubs. By that time, they have match time under their belts which brings confidence. IMO, its not a good idea for TFA grads specially who aren't from Bengal to sign up with big clubs straight away, unless they are super talented, they will be ignored.
It's Mohammedan's U-19 team, so we can safely assume the average age would be 23 years Also, its a morning practice match, just to keep things interesting I guess. Recently FCPC played PFC U19.
I really like the concept of EB ultras...quite similar to WestBlockBlues (who I consider a little better as an institution, with their own anthems, stadium space etc...)
This is not to say that other clubs kike MB don't hv passionate followers....but its always better to have an organised way of doing it.....
EB ultras introduced the red and yellow smoke bombs from this derby. They are also the one with the huge flag which they wave! EB will play most I-League matches in Barasat, where the atmosphere would be much better with EBRP and EBUltras cranking it up.
