Yes and no. There are some great 15-20 year olds like that Haokip kid who is 19 and leading scorer. Long-term if an I-League club gets them then that kid can develop into I-League standard.

Exactly the reason why I dont like Promotion/Relegation. Imagine if Mohun Bagan or East Bengal get relegated. They would die out so fast. Interest would go down and the league would lose a huge crowd-pulling team.<div><br></div><div>Anyway, the GPL does have a website that is linked with the GFA website, which is fine. Also the Goa and West Bengal teams are only good because of the teams in I-League. Same with the GPL and CFL. Imagine a Kolkata League without East Bengal, Mohun Bagan, Prayag United etc. or a GPL without Dempo, Salgaocar, Churchill and Sporting. They are no better than Nagaland at that point.</div><div><br></div><div>Also Mumbai does not have a following because of A) The crap stadium and The team being forced to play outside of Mumbai for the last 3 seasons.</div><div><br></div><div>Also these are new clubs, they will get support soon. Another reason why I hate pro/rel. We have newer, better clubs being created but the fan base will need to keep them alive and having that team be relegated wont help.</div>
OMG!!! I just mentioned that NPL is not upto standards, and we sudn't talk about them in I league at them moment...why make a mountain out of a molehill????
