There are couple of Dutch guys who have given up their passports for Indonesia,infact Sergio Van Djik going to get his this week.So it all depends on AIFF and Technical team consisting of TD and coach.
Like a said.. sell them the vision n idea n they will come.. for example pff has been limited but coaches have worked with me in getting the guys.. but in ur case its abt making a bigger decision therefore it has to be medium term..
