<br><div><br></div><div>I must say that this is bull****. If the player has better offers then let him take it. If he fails he comes back and if he makes it I bet the club and academy can make an agreement.</div>

<br><div>I think it is better for them to stay in the place as they would not want to get into some technical issues like contractual problems at this young age itself...it will be good if they reach heights even with their talents groomed to the level of Indian top league by the time time they reach 22+</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>Well its not as if they are getting payed. The idea of the CFA should be to groom players so they make it to the next level. Pune FC Academy is the next level and they said no.</div>
WB Government is going to set up a Sports Academy in the Bankura district. They will invest Rs. 3.20 crores (meagre amount) to have sports training facilities for Football, Cricket and Athletics.

Its just that this kid is at CFA getting good training and I bet is enjoying himself but when the opportunity comes that he can train at Pune FC Academy you let him take it. Let him go knowing that it was you guys that groomed him. If he does not make it let him come back, he is young so maybe his skill at the trail was not his fill potential yet.</font></div>
<br><div><br></div><div>Not for free. I am sure Pune FC would be willing to pay a small fee for a youngster if he made it. I mean this is Pune FC we are talking about. If this was a club like Chuchill or Air India I would understand.</div>
I wonder what is problem in CFA's decision as finally all we gonna get is bigger pool of players who have been part of acaddemy may that be aiff-fifa or pune fc academy or cfa...<div>finally we will get a bigger and hopefully better pool of young players competing for each positions and will end up making teh league and national team much better for fans to watch</div>
