TFA needs foreign coaches and I don't think they are funded heavily nowadays. TAA is given more importance here nowdays due to Olympics and all. But the the best part is they are looking to train 10 yr old guys.

I think they can do for now with there current coaches. I think once the I-League starts transfer fees then money will start flowing in and TFA will gain better coaches.
Money isn't a problem at all for TATAs, just the will to spend it is lacking. I read an article on the current Wahingdoh coach who was previously with TFA. He said in that article the goals that they used to set up were no of players in state teams,no of players in Indian jersey and all. They never thought of having world class players.
But the main problem is lack of competition, if some academies start giving competition to TFA in churning out players for National team then I surely hope that TATA will pump more money, coz they will want to remain the premier academy of India

And again that is why we need a new I-League U19 with all 14 I-League youth teams and at the same time allow academies like G-Group, SESA, PIFA and TATA join. It would be the main youth league in India!
This is good for Bengal. Will it be like in England. For example with Arsenal we have the HALE end School of Excellence and then at the age of 16 they move on to the Academy
This new trend among the clubs and federation to come up with the likes of academies of aiff, pfc then man uts soccer school of wifa and now of East Bengal for YDP is great ... =D>
hope all these academies and football schools bring us some good quality youth players who eventually make us all proudly say one day that we are a good football nation [-O<

School in the sense ??? They are tying up with some school or building their own facility ??
If they can manage to get good personnel, facilities and Infrastructure it could be best Academy/School in India.Infact better than AIFF-FIFA Academy.
