Brazil will also send there national team as there delegates has inspected the both stadiums and also watched u17 championship matches and they were impressed with facilitates, China will send there main team, I don't know what Russia. Delhi Dynamos u17 was a invited team but Delhi pulled out as they will unable to compit with this teams.
