Seems you still don't understand how it works. 

The numbers you brought are "already-averaged" points of Spain during four time frames. 

Spain played 18 matches in last 12 months, and they garnered almost 15000 points in total. Average it. That's how they got 815.39 points during last 12 months time frame. Spain earned more than 1700 points in Euro final vs Italy alone. (3x3x190x1)
