The Blue Tigers will take on the team from middle-east as part of their preparations for the big tournament in January...
India will be playing Jordan in the November international break in a friendly as they continue to ramp up their preparations for the AFC Asian Cup in 2019, Goalcan confirm. The match is set to be held in Amman at the Amman International Stadium.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) have been under pressure lately from several quarters, as all of India's opponents have a host of friendlies lined up ahead of the tournament.
The Blue Tigers are playing only China away during the international break in October while UAE, Thailand and Bahrain are all set to play two fixtures during the same.
The break runs from November 12 to 20 and even though it's quite late, an away match against a country such as Jordan will only do Stephen Constantine's charges good.
Jordan are ranked 110th in the world right now while India are placed in the 97th spot.
Jordan are grouped alongside Australia, Palestine and Syria in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.
Despite lining up a friendly against Jordan, India are still going to play one match during the upcoming breaks while every other rival country has their friendlies sorted well before.
