Normally I am used to negative news. but for some reason this news makes me sad. Probably because I had seem Mr. Baan working hard and probably because he was making me more hopeful

i dont understand one thing about this 75-25 rule??

if 25% is given to aiff and remaining 75% is spent on putting a team.... then where is money for infrastructure and youth set-up for clubs??

The AIFF have given up with the clubs and now know they need to do it themselves?

You can only ask the clubs for a share on the profits they make(if any). How can you ask them to a part of their capital. Total nonsense.

Salary cap should be for.the tatal budget. Say that no club can cross 8 cr. This will reduce the excessssssssiiiivvvveeeelllyyy high salaries of most Indian players who dont deserve it.

Less quantity of quality will always make the salaries excessssssssiiiivvvveeeelllyyy high.
