Good news if true. Is there a reliable source about the Apoel thing. I could only find random "CV websites" which anyone can edit.

In what seems to be a significant development for the professional football clubs in India, the AIFF Club Licensing Committee has decided to introduce the Salary cap on I-League clubs from the next season.

The I-League Club Licensing Manager, Ms. Roma Khanna, who was in Goa to a hold a seminar for western India clubs told participants that it will be mandatory for all the I-League clubs to curtail their player spends to 75% of the total club budget. The rest 25% should be spent on Youth development and other developmental activities.

Now it comes out. He has experience as a coach there but not as a Technical Director. Probably youth coach as well.

Not saying that he is now a nothing TD or anything like that, it is still a good signing for SESA, but just wanted to get the truth revealed.
