I mean people blame Kolkata clubs for being run unprofessionally, no arguments on that but when the parent body of the game in country is run by footballsatan's little brothers like Das Munsi, Colaco and Prafool Patel, the clubs actually look much better IMO.
1) State Leagues and Zonal Competitions-thats confusing. Teams who are already playing in I-League will not be allowed to play in state leagues and Zonal Competitions? If they play then again they will be competing in 2nd Division. They will not allow Mohun bagan and East Bengal to play in Calcutta Football League? Or will now they organise two Calcutta leagues-one with I-League clubs and and one with no I-league club? :P
2) What is the problem in organising Federation Cup? Funds? Where is the money coming for appointing 5 Ex-Reliance employees as CEO at AIFF giving them salary?
I think the top 2 non I-league clubs in the state league will get entry in 2nd division even if EB wins CFL they will not enter 2nd division but non I-league club behind them will enter.
Actually Sepp Blatter wanted Praful Patel in AFC hierarchy earlier also but Patel saab was Minister at that time. Now as NCP is not in Government and his Rajya Sabha term is ending next year in July, I think that this is a good opportunity for him to spend some time at high post in AFC. Good for Indian Football.
