It's positive for SAI...& 2nd Division having teams like SESA in the past...and hopefully more Academy teams in the future in the 2nd Div will help as a spotting ground for talent... Especially with a 4.5month i-league
This guy goes fucking hard on Indian football. And for those who will read just to the part where he disses the I-League, read on, he is also hard on the ISL and its 6-week show. Lots of finer details/research missing here.
This article reminds me of a piece I would read here on why the US fails in Soccer... usually these leave a lot to be desired.
What? You still believe that the ISL was not higher quality than I-League? Come on, even majority of people who don't like the ISL can see that the ISL was better quality than the I-League. Ranti Martins could not do anything, Tolgay Ozbey and Penn Orji had some lucky moments but were nowhere near as effective as they usually would be in the I-League.
It was a better quality league, with better production, the fields were better than I-League, and more fans. It is all around more better.
Agree, and as it should. League should improve every year ideally. Also, quite interesting... look at the ISL without the knowledge we get from insider sources and stuff... as if we had the same "insider" stuff as we do with the Premier League or other favorite European teams, which is none... the ISL seems perfect then.
Yeah mate all the products are sold with sugarcoating. Perhaps that's why they seem so exciting and fascinating. Once you dig deeper everything has some secret that is better not revealed.
