Moreover, the BCCI had sanctioned a sum of Rs25 crore to the AIFF as assistance for its ‘Goal 2011’ project way back in 2009.</P>

    <P>Now this is sad. AIFF should at least pay the 8 NE states. I understand not giving to some states that show effort at all but almost all the NE states are trying there best.</P>
