It is clear that Dempo is acting in his best interest. He is trying to eat a small piece of every pie. He has a greater insight of each parties (I-league, ISL and AIFF).
On a positive note, being in each party he is the most capable person to dictate Indian football for its betterment. He knows each other concern and can provide better inputs and help. I am hoping he does so. But it is highly unlikely looking at his recent actions.
Since things are sometimes as they appear and sometimes not, it follows that the adverb apparentlyneither reliably confirms nor reliably denies the objective truth of the proposition that it modifies.
We should at least do what happens in Europe in which academies are given compensation for training/playing a player who then moves to an I-League/ISL side.
We don't do that in the US and that is why a lot of places are pay-to-play whereas in Europe they don't need to
