Don't know when ISL will have Pro-Rel but one league that badly needs Pro-Rel is IPL. Currently it has become boring and predictable. Pro-Rel will help it make more interesting as there will be relegation race which will add spice to the drama. Also, we already have enough world class venues which remain idle for major part of the year.
