We should not keep any high hopes on BRICS Tournament. India is the next host of BRICS summit where leaders will meet for economics, politics discussions. Some cultural eevnts will be held.As a symbolic gesture, some countries may send some school football team, dance team, trapeze artist, church singing choir as cultural friendly festival exhibition spirit-not any serious competiton. U-16 level is not something to by hyped about. How this gossip of Barcelona FC has come out???? This also is only at Memorandum of Understanding stage. In 2010 BRICS summit, India and Brazil signed MOU that india will send to Brazil Cricket coaches and Brazil will send Football coaches. That idea is still in file-noone sent anything.
