The main challenge for Afghanistan in CAFA will be Uzbekistan and Iran. Tajikistan, Kergizstan and Turkmenistan are almost at the same level as Afghanistan. India somewhat dominated Maldives, but still need a lot of work to do in defense department while Afghanistan played them with 6 bench players. Afghanistan vs India in final will be a competitive match, may the best team win it!

4th consecutive victory by Stephen Constantine. Not so long ago, we were struggling against Bangladesh, Pakistan when Wim Koevarmans was coach. Whatever atleast Constantine is giving some Results now.
@Nagendra the last time we played Turkmenistan we beat them 3-1, from the last two matches from Kergizstan we have a win and a draw. haven't beat Tajikistan recently, but I'm sure if we play them with this team it'll be a competitive match with both teams having equal chances to win.

winning SAAF cup with weaker teams is not a big achievement... first compete well in FIFA qualifiers...
by the way I'm not against Afghanistan joining CAFA.. even I would prefer to merger of SAAF and CAFA..
for any team, to be better and stronger.. definitely need to be in stronger confederation... definitely love Afghanistan's decision....
