I know all these players have not played 20 matches and stuff but if u'll read my post than I hv mentioned should form( it is on current basis).There are 100's of players that would be tried and some will definitely shine.I am not considering guys like Romeo,Brandon,Uttam etc as these guys hv not played.I am talking about those guys who have played and who look promising cause I am talking about a holistic approach.Moreover,I have used terms like can be or maybe and not will,definitely, certainly.
Sandesh Jhingan? He will be at his very best, SAFF class, nothing more. Also, I am more convinced than ever that Lyngdoh is not suitable for international football, not even against Maldives and Sri Lanka.
Come on man give Lyngdoh some slack. The guy has been practically the heart of every team he had been player for last 1.5 year. I have not seen a single NT lineup without him and chetri. I agree he is slow for many international opponents but he is among the best what we have currently. With such large of matches, the performance is bound to degrade here and there due to fatigue. It is high time for him to take some rest.
If Lyngdoh wanted rest why the fuck he played in ISL? These excuses can't be acceptable while donning national jersey. He needs to be dropped from starting XI for the Finals. Also, I feel a fit Cavin Lobo is a much better option than Lyngdoh.
