    that is too much @mohammed_87hassan ,they are in good position ,6 games 9 points without there main striker ,without there proven indian players like dhana,jeje,thoi singh , i rate thoi singh higher than sahni anyday , he may not pass perfect but his work rate ,tackle and phase was so good .

  • Looking at the games it's clear that this scheduling is to blame. The teams dont get proper practice sessions to put ideas into place & create understanding between players. Also they have to rotate players due to fatigue. Rotation is a thing that can work in cricket or Kabaddi but definitely not football. It kills the style of a team. Whatever amount of pre season you do, it can never prepare you for once the league begins. And here there is no time to implement new ideas and see if they work or not. Most coaches thus take a safety first approach and thus the drab gameplay. Ideally a team like Kolkata or Mumbai should kill Kerala or Chennai. But it would turn out to be a draw or a 1-0 at best

  • FC Goa have lost the plot. The owners are to be blamed for this loss. The players were made to attend a diwali party on the casino of Jaydev Mody just a couple of days before the match.

    @debarghya89 Do you know what you just said? ATK about to lose to chennai , that penalty error was stupid,should have easily avoided but from a 18 year old's debut game .  very first game for both the teams, So the schedule is not to be blamed on that game . If you see squad names and able to decide who wins whose not ,Then why there is coach,manager.There are so many factors involved in team games .
  • I think it would be Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and NE to make to the semis

    I would say Pune is a better team than Kolkata,but lost out with Habas serving 4 match suspension.That proved to be crucial for them.
    Had went to watch ATK vs Delhi & ATK looked to be wretched; they played like the way we played during our school days - all overseas(excepting Hume) r over the hill players - they run out of steam after 60 mins; their strategy is to only play long/overhead balls to either Doutie/Hume - thats it. No creative midfielder in the centre;

    Talking abt Goa, their problem is the back 4 - where 3 of the 4 are probable Bagan defenders(although I was surprised why Gregory was not played today and it was b'cos Sabrosa and partially Balmuchu Goa conceded both the goals)! So Sanjoy Sen has a lot to introspect upon!

    How many flair South American players do we have this season in attacking positions? Marcelinho for Delhi Dynamos, Defederico for Mumbai City, and that is it. Lucca can somewhat count. I miss those flair guys like Mendoza, Pelissari (why is he not playing?), Dos Santos etc.

    Meanwhile, an I-League team should sign Marcelinho and Gadzie. Fucking amazing players
