Who don't like my post see that what will happened when ISL time will increase . I am not against ISL . I am in favour of single league with ISL and I league team with 16 team . That will help Indian Football. Bengal football and Goan football are power of Indian Football . Now Goa are out of I league and Federation cup. It's not good for Indian Football
Also disagree on no good foreign player coming to ISL if the league is expanded from 3 to 5 months. Even if they have to "live" in India, doesn't mean we will be reduced to Ranti Martins and Dudu's. In the I-League even we have seen guys who used to be part of leagues such as the J. League or A-League come here, guys who were internationals and Brazilians have played in the I-League as well. You don't think that, say, Mendoza, who had only played in Colombia before coming to Chennaiyin, would stay in India?
We even had Frenchmen Bernard Mendy stay in India for a while and even a few guys from certain places stay in some South-East Asian countries where it is comparable to India.
Francesco Totti: wont be signed , too long duration for that old guy(in Indian conditions) Dirk Kuyt : 50-50 , in fact he has been offered contract Eidur Gudjohnsen : Too fragile to injuries, too risky Robbie Keane : no team nowhere near signing him, but he looks like actual good signing Yossi Benayoun : same as robbie
This is the kind of news I expect from this thread but i let myself down expecting too much......... Please take this ISL and I League drama to another thread.

No chavunism here but I wish ppl posting from there understand what the rest of the country felt during the I-league's pitiful existence.
Apathy from the rest of the country.
You didn't have a chance fpr regions like south India to have a chance.
Again hypocritical from Bengali Fans (EB, MB Fans)to wish to close a league which has also provided a source of income to footballers as well .
while they fiddled when Goan and Company clubs burned and closed where were they?
Now that a ISL representation fell flat in the face you face ire from them.
Hypocracy at its best. All the best in I-league.
When there was one League Players were payed better and more players had full time contract .
