If we keep aside corruption, we can get a good one for 100-150 crore. Obviously with the govt. helping with land purchase.

The stadium isn't costing 950 crores. This sum is inclusive of the stadium construction cost,land cost, and cost involved in setting up a world class academy with 4 pitches and vice versa. And all this money they said will be invested over the next 5-6 years or so. So, those going havoc over the figure. CHILL!!
