Lol, the location is such that a capacity crowd is a surety for every single match. To make a point, around 65000 IT professionals work within 1 km of the stadium. For the National Games, 50000 got into it but more than an equal number didn't get the tickets!

Also, this is ISL and an ISL team owned by Sachin... they will make it work... whether they get 20,000 fans or 50,000 it will be a success.

Since its ISL it will attract full house anywhere in kerala, But when it comes to I league or Federation cup  i doubt ,

Mallappuram Stadium got a great crowd for Federation Cup. Calicut, again a great crowd, for National Games Football.

Still i beleive cochin is the best venue for isl..as i need only 1 Hour to get there

The Blasters trained at Thrissur atleast 1.5 hours away from Kochi. In Trivandrum, they can train either at University stadium or CSN stadium. The players can also stay at the Club House in Greenfield which is 5 Star.

2 weeks for dead line for JSW to agree on few agreements to make changes into on mou.

1 > lease for 25-30 years(100 days in year for BFC)

2 > Stadium will be used for KSFA activities (Super and A division matches)

If agreed work to start May 2015(unlikely Bengaluru to host WC17 in BFS(Kanteerava might be option)
