They need to dismantle the concrete and build it again like what they did with JLN stadium Delhi. Just makeup with VIP room or CCTV camera or paint will not help.
Bucket seats, electronic score boards, functioning toilets adequately spread out across tiers, good public transport connectivity, well lit galleries, corridors, ramps etc. If they can do that, it will be the best stadia in the nation. The VIP boxes, new press lounge, etc these will get done anyways.
I agree...but I still feel Kolkata could do with a good "Football only" 40-50 k stadia, with natural turf, they could have 2-3 mini stadia in the complex (with artificial turf") and a few training pitches with gym's etc which clubs can rent out. Kolkata is one city which could use such a "footballing complex", left to IFA to have a vision and develop the same.
What @deepakc said. The dream scenario if possible would also be to get something like they have with the new Singapore National Stadium where they can switch it from football-only to an athletic stadium (with track) within a few days.
Great for Kerala football....this was the most urgent need for state football....with KBFC opening an academy Indian football future is assured. Minor things like a proffessional state league and getting ileague clubs from state are not something #aiff need worry about.afterall god himself has endorsed kbfc who needs anything else?
