Really great article. Good to know that Harjinder Singh is still active and into football. One of India's greatest left foot, and super skilled player, very unlike the typical Punjabi rough and tough/ robust football.

West Bengal government granted 3.5 crores to EB for floodlight installation. All the electrical work etc would be done by Govt pwd department. Club needs to get army approval.
