BCCI really started earning big bucks in 1990s only and within 15-20 years, we have improved almost all our Cricket Facilities. Americans have been earning in Baseball, American Football for almost 90 years now. It will take few decades atleast before India will catch up with advanced nations in terms of Football Infrastructure.

But also look up some MLS stadiums that are 25,000 seaters... those are what ISL teams should go for within a decade.
