munna219777 Transstadia is as big as it should be IMO. It's not like there are a lot of indoor sports that draw big crowds, and neither would football in Ahmedabad. Hell, even the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium is half empty for most sports it hosts. What they're hoping to do with Transstadia is to be able to increase the usage of the stadium more than what a football-specific stadium or an indoor arena alone would. Frankly, I think it's something that could work in India. It's hard enough to get funding for non-cricket stadiums as it is.
