It's a ground, not stadium.

They are planning to build stadium on that ground which belong to a school. Taken the lease for 15 years. Plan is to make as per Fifa standard so as to host international matches.

Looks like grass slopes for sitting, just like some New Zealand grounds we see during cricket matches there.
