What Kovalam FC have done is ideally what every serious ileague 1 &2 sides should be doing. 10-15k seater with basic media/dressing rooms/lab etc to meet afc norms & floodlights if possible.

Whatever they do the playing surface will be poor. Less than 2 months to go and the grass is yet to come out.

Those masts are cheap that is why they are used. Taller masts would be expensive because of height and better spread of light.
