@kartik91 ; It has been inaugurated multiple times. Let them figure out how to put Goal Post, Touchlines,markings of a Football field.

nice ,in the name fifa u17 cup,we got upgraded stadiums and training grounds.
now we need U20 cup and few new stadiums

If we do get U20 WC, I think we just need to add Bengaluru to the list of U17 WC hosting cities. Stadiums are costly affairs, that money would be rather better spent if states can provide better coaches and upgrade local grounds at grassroot level.
